Collectively, the MAD20 team represents over 40 years of experience among senior members of the US military within cyber operations.

Reggie Stevens

Reggie is the founder and CEO of MAD20. Prior to MAD20, Reggie served as CEO of IRIS Solutions, a managed IT security services firm (MSSP) based in Charlotte, NC. At IRIS, he witnessed first-hand the importance of dynamic training and certifications. Reggie acquired IRIS in 2018 through his private equity fund, Crescent Peak, completing a successful exit in 2023. Prior to IRIS, Reggie held management roles at Deloitte and PwC. Reggie completed his B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Clemson University and his MBA from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Ross serves as COO of MAD20. Prior to MAD20, Ross was an Associate at Falfurrias Capital Partners on the Investment Team where he led deal execution and oversaw board and investor relations for several portfolio companies, as well as for the broader fund. Prior to FCP, his career highlights include roles in strategy, finance, and sales. Ross earned a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Recently retired Colonel Katrina Terry is SVP of Government and Education at MAD20. Katrina previously served as the Cyber Force Development Chief and Executive Director for Cyberspace Talent Management for the United States Air Force. Prior to working at the Pentagon, she held many other cyberspace and infosec roles including Cyberspace Integration & Implementation Team Lead for the US Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Commander for Washington Area Communications Command at the White House. Katrina holds numerous advanced academic degrees, including a Masters in Cyber Warfare from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a PhD. in Educational Leadership.
